participated once again in the 11th Annual Lakeland Pig Festival at Tiger Town in
Lakeland Florida. The event was held January 26th & 27th. This
was a KCBS sanctioned event and we were located in the Kingsford
Professional Team area. We were lucky enough once again to walk away with
a 1st Place trophy and prize money and a 10th place ribbon for our Beef Brisket.
